WTF: Food for thought

As Costco Wholesale Corp and fruit supplier Townsend Farms face up to the first wrongful death suit relating to the 2013 hepatitis A outbreak allegedly caused by frozen berries sold at Costco stores, WTF wonders: "What cost convenience?"

To the 165 or more customers who have contracted the disease - plus the one person to date who has died as a result of the outbreak - the cost is clearly far too high.

And for Costco and its suppliers connected...
