Willis Group Holdings has appointed Mike Lack as an executive director in its London downstream energy team. He was most recently a board director of United Insurance Brokers (UIB) and managing director of its Energy and Property/Liability division.

In his new role effective immediately, Lack reports to Justin Blackmore, managing director, Willis Energy Downstream.
