The RVI Group - a specialty writer of residual value insurance in the commercial equipment, passenger vehicle and real estate markets, has revealed it is looking for a buyer, among other strategic options.

The company has retained Willis Capital Markets & Advisory to assist it in capital raising opportunities, as well as a sale, merger or other business combination.
