Rock returns
One of the direct and facultative (D&F) market's most charismatic figures, veteran property underwriter Les Rock, is returning to the industry after an absence of over three years.
He is joining the independent London market broker Besso as a consultant.
It is understood the initial deal is for a six month period with the intention to establish a managing general agency.
