Massimo Reina, CEO of Guy Carpenter's Italian practice, is moving to London to take charge of GCFac's international facultative business, Inside FAC can reveal.

His appointment is part of a wider shake-up at GCFac's London operations which is expected to see further personnel changes in the near future.
