Business insurance specialist QBE has appointed Vladan Radakovic as property underwriter in its Dubai office.

Radakovic will be writing facultative property business in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, reporting to Khalil Eid, general manager of QBE Dubai.

He joins from Chartis where, from 2005, he worked in various roles with a particular focus on the SME sector.
