Powell raids Willis for new Chilean broker

Hugh Powell, the former head of Willis Facultative in Latin America and one of the region's biggest hitters, has taken a team of 10 people from Willis to establish a new Chilean broker, Inside FAC can reveal.

MacKinlay received its official licence from the regulatory authorities at the end of June.
Headed by long-standing Chilean market player Mauricio Loyola and encompassing his former team of 10, MacKinlay will be a predominately pure cedant facultative broker offering a multi-line service. It...
