Tom McGrath has joined treaty and facultative broker Cooper Gay Re, part of independent wholesale and reinsurance broking group Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford, as executive vice president.

McGrath has more than 35 years of experience in reinsuring marine, aviation, energy and other specialty lines, most recently as executive vice president at Towers Watson, where he worked within the firm's global marine/energy and aviation practice.
