Ironshore International eyes distribution model

Bermudian (re)insurer Ironshore's focus in 2011 will be centred on its international operations, with stamp capacity on its Pembroke Syndicate 4000 set to increase from $145mn to $175mn.

Speaking to Inside FAC, Mark Wheeler, CEO of Ironshore International, said that the focus for next year will be on organic growth in existing lines and importing business such as environmental, healthcare and professional lines in the US.
