Howard to head Willis combined fac/wholesale business

The consolidation of Willis's facultative reinsurance business into the Glencairn wholesale business has continued apace with the appointment of Jason Howard as head of the division, Inside FAC understands.

Howard, who is currently CEO of Willis Re International & Specialty, has been made head of facultative and wholesale in a move that is expected to be enacted this month.

Willis Facultative and Glencairn are both part of Willis's London market wholesale operation, which is currently led by Dominic Samengo-Turner.
