Harkey heads political risk at Ironshore Europe

Bermudian (re)insurer Ironshore had hired P Donald Harkey to head its political risk unit for its recently established subsidiary, Ironshore Europe Limited, based in Dublin.

Ironshore Europe's expanded capabilities will provide Political Risk insurance lines and other trade-related insurance coverages to European markets.

In addition, Ironshore's Pembroke Syndicate 4000 has entered into an underwriting relationship with Equinox Global Limited to broaden its trade credit insurance market programme.
