Renewable energy insurance specialist GCube has followed January's $100mn capacity upgrade for the offshore wind sector with a partnership agreement with global reinsurer Munich Re.

GCube said in the announcement today (8 February) that the agreement, which comes into effect immediately, will introduce new capacity from Munich Re, enabling GCube to expand its product lines and services for the renewable energy markets.
