Aon Benfield Fac has hired Terry Cowley who was previously in a senior role with GCFac, based in Australia.

Inside FAC understands Cowley will join Aon Benfield's London business, working with Matthew Barnes on international retro business.

Barnes himself defected to Aon Benfield from RK Harrison over two years ago.

Cowley was previously vice president at GCFac Sydney with a senior producing role.

The move is the latest raid by Aon Benfield on its rival this year as the battle...
