A good crack
Alas, despite having managed the impressive feat of getting Parliament to approve his extended tenure as chairman of Lloyd's, Peter Levene cannot remain in his position forever and must step down at the end of 2011.
Already, wags are ruminating on who will be his replacement, but we leave such scurrilous suggestion and fantasy for the time being and instead relay the information that Lloyd's has already started the process of finding a replacement.
